    Q: What shipping options are available?  

    A: For domestic (US) orders, you have two shipping options including:

    USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days)

    USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)


    For International Orders, you have multiple options including:

    USPS First Class Package International (7-21 days)

    USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days)

    USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 days)

    Q: My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

    A: Please contact your local post office first! We provide tracking on all orders, so please follow the progress there! Most likely you incorrectly entered the address or for some reason the post office is holding onto it. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it for an additional shipping fee.

    Q: How long will it take to ship my order?

    A: Orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days. (However pre-order will take take 3-5 weeks)

    Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    A: All orders have tracking numbers so you can follow your order. Typically, orders take 1-3 business after shipment to arrive. Items are shipped from California. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive (But can take up to 6-8 weeks!).

    Q: The product I want is out of stock! Will it be restocked? 

    A: As of now, we will be running limited collections. Popular items from each collection may be restocked at some point, but there is never any guarantee your favorite piece will be restocked so it is urged that you grab the piece when the collection drops. The best place to stay up to date on restocks is Instagram (@rarecandy.cc)

    Q: What if I want a refund or want to cancel my order?

    A: Contact shop@rarecandy.cc as soon as possible. If the order has not already been packaged for shipment we may be able to cancel the order. Otherwise we do not refund orders.

    If the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please send us an email at shop@rarecandy.cc for further inquiries.

    Q: What if I purchase a pre-order item?

    A: For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the pre-ordered products arrives as shipping can be very expensive! This means any in stock items will also be held until then. Please allow 3-5 weeks for products to be shipped after all pre-orders have closed.
